Awwww...The Army soldier boy is upset that a person from the other gang beat his a$$.  He of all people should have understood he must submit and obey to the U.S. domestic gangster.  If you watch the video, they say that the gangster used the gang approved assault technique to subdue the perp.  According to the "authority" that oversees the "authority", it was textbook legal assault on a non compliant citizen.  I'm surprised army boy didn't know the beating he was going to receive.
