It's as simple as lumping everyone together, PERIOD.
It's as simple as distrust and disrespect for authority.
It's as simple as if they wear a uniform, they are bad.
He probably hates UPS, FEDEX, Post Office, etc. Afterall, they wear uniforms too.

Nope, UPS and FEDEX show up to my house to provide a service I requested and paid for voluntarily.  UPS does not extort money from me to pay their driver, and their drivers aren't given the legal right to detain me for not obeying them.  If the UPS man knocks on my door for a delivery, the leave the package on the porch if I don't answer, they don't kick down my door.

The post office is a different story for Cic.  He hates his mailman almost as much as he hats the police.

UPS and FEDEX do not have this.

Quoted Text
U.S. Postal Inspectors are federal law enforcement agents with investigative jurisdiction in all criminal matters involving the integrity and security of the U.S. Postal Service.

Postal Inspectors investigate criminal, civil, and administrative violations of postal-related laws, often using forensics and cutting-edge technologies. It is essential that Postal Inspectors be in sound physical condition and be capable of performing rigorous physical activities on a sustained basis.

Postal Inspectors are required to:

Carry firearms
Make arrests

Provide testimony
Serve subpoenas
Execute search warrants
Prepare comprehensive reports
Pursue and restrain suspects
Protect themselves and others from imminent danger

Ask Henry, Cicero or L4Life if they feel the same way.

I see them no different then a street gang, some members might be good people but it is best to avoid them. Some street gangs force people to pay for protection, sound similar.

Some street gangs hide in alleys to sneak up on unsuspecting people to shake them down, sound similar.

Some street gangs are large enough to set up road blocks, sound similar.

Some street gangs will beat you down if you don't obey, sound similar.

Some street gangs will call in backup if they can't handle the situation, sound similar.

Some street gangs identify themselves through colors or patches, sound similar.

Some street gangs use codes or hand signals to other gang members to hide what they're saying to others, sound similar.

Some street gangs have there own seperate groups to take care of business, sound similar

UPS and FEDEX have costumes but not Govt Issued Costumes...
Cic has a problem with any one in authority... and the UPS/Fedex crew have no authority...
BUT THE MAILMAN... HE IS A REAL THREAT TO CICERO AND SO CONSIDERED DANGEROUS AND
ON HIS ENEMY LIST!
The sad part is that Cicero's police, his fire crew and probably even his mailman would risk their
lives to save Cic's sorry @ss, but he wouldn't lift a finger to save them.
In the anti govt world... paranoia runs deep.
