Without Section 8 ...the City would see the exodus of more than 1/2 its population and Galesi would have to find another City to bilk $16 million for a deteriorating DSS building.

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent. Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
