On talk radio on way home, it came up and I thought it was interesting.
What are gun rules for Indians before the new rules and since? For example, what rules apply on Onieda Nation (aka Turning Stone). Debate was ongoing about what they are required to abide by and not....general consensus was they don't follow state laws. Personally I don't have a clue

I wouldn't think that the new unconstitutional gun laws would effect them because they are considered a "sovereign nation" and would be free from state law on thier lands.
