Can you imagine damage to the house.

If this was the city of Schenectady, the city would NOT pay damages to a homeowner!!!!    Remember the big break by Price Chopper on Eastern, the homeowners down Eastern below Brandywine, the city did NOT pay for damages.

See, the city prefers to spend money on downtown rather than maintaining the infrastructure which means that the homeonwers taxes increase and they get less and less service.   And then whether it's a water main break or a heavy rain, the dems WILL NOT PAY for the damage that they caused -- damage caused by the city's failure to provided NECESSARY services.

but remember, DV says fancy lighting on Erie Blvd is a more important use of taxpayers' money than to spend the money on necessary services such as maintaining infrastructure to prevent costly damage to peoples home.   Guess that's why the top cop won't move into the city.

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
