Heard on the news this morning that the fine honest Jason Cuthbert, who McC fired for telling the truth to the taxpayers, has been hired as Glenville's comptroller.

A fine person who puts the taxpayers' first, Glenville is so lucky.

speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

So first you have Scotia and Glenville talks about building a new Sewage Treatment plant so they dont have to pay Schenectady any more then they have talks of building their own new public works facility and now they hire the person that the City fired.  Working together not happening......Consoidation doesnt seem like it will ever happen.

One of the only intelligent people EVER hired in Schenectady...integrity and talent.

Glenville is not stupid! When they can obtain a dedicated and educated employee why not jump on it???

Hey McCheesy, how's jumping off your own fiscal cliff going? Better stop pushing off the only people who will be able to help our City.

No wonder REP run Glenville is the one community with an improving credit rate and expanding tax base. Keep the DEM morons out of local government and send them packing in the City,
Rotterdam and Nisky. McCheese is a total failure and needs to be replaced by Gov Cuomo with a State Control Board.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist here to see that Glenville (governed by reps) is the shinning star of the entire county. The rest of the county is a mess.

Perhaps glenville can break off from schenectady county and be absorbed into saratoga.

Former Glenville comptroller sues town
By John Purcell As of Wednesday, February 6, 2013 -5:16 p.m.

#GLENVILLE — George Phillips is suing the Town of Glenville for accumulated sick, personal and vacation time, along with alleged unpaid salary and longevity, he says he accumulated before his abrupt departure from Town Hall.

#Phillips was told his employment as town comptroller would be terminated at the end of last year, according to Town Attorney Michael Cuevas. His final day of employment was Dec. 28. The Town Board then appointed Jason Cuthbert, Schenectady’s ousted city budget analyst, during its organizational meeting Wednesday, Jan. 3, to the position for a one-year term.................>>>>..................>>>>....................http://www.schenectadyspotlight.com/news/2013/feb/06/former-glenville-comptroller-sues-town/
