Proceeds to Proctors?   With the tens of millions of taxpayer money and a gold ceiling and not having to pay a penny in taxes, and making volunteers pay to volunteer and a CEO who makes almost a quarter of a million dollars a year and steals from the homeowners (via two STAR exemptions which apparently he has not yet paid back), WHY?????

Well, when Proctors makes volunteers pay to help, hire a DEM-lob as a newly created financial position ...seems like the millions they get via grants is not enough to keep their golden ark afloat.

Can't wait for them to declare bankruptcy soon. They are following the City into the blackhole of fiscal irresponsibility.

Which one? Don't forget that overpaid lob Proctor's Perazoo who pops the corn and sits on the City Council. The one that voted to screw City taxpayers for another 12 years and thinks City taxes are too low.
You know the Cons candidate- lol.

Amen to that.   Obvious the dems figure if they keep screwing the homeowners on taxes, tha their rich beneficiaries will give them a cut.   But look what the overpaid, wealthy King Philip did.   He fled the city, and then stole money from the taxpayers when he couldn't sell his city house for which he is now mortgaged to the nth degree and underwater

Well said Cel!

Proctors facade was that they were going to 'create' a community spirit when in essence, they have torn down any sense of balance in this City. They steal grants, steal taxpayers money by not paying any taxes whatsoever and place DEM politicos in their upstairs offices.

They have created there own multi-million dollar empire they are keeping afloat by political favors and taxpayer funding. As for our City, they have done nothing to help, rather they are speeding up the neighborhood deterioration.
