How about a charity shop? That's more doable. Then Marion Porterhouse can run it into the ground. Target is now open in Glenville not McCheeseville. But shop at Macy's-Colonie Center only. Fat Morris, Death Ray and his overpaid DSIC/Metrograft goons all have to go. Congrats to the Macy's management but are they doing so well or all competitors that bad?
LOL What the heck does she do all day anyway? At the coucil meeting the other day, she commented about going and talking to so very many people I think about the downtown district something. Guessing that's during the day. Does she work anywhere? Have a job? |

Proctors is not the "hook" it was thought to be. What Proctors has become is a sinking anchor of this City. We spend millions of taxpayers dollars keeping it afloat so that McCheesy and friends can get a warm fuzzy everytime they do a downtown drive-by.
At least a Target, Macy's, Walmart would have brought jobs opportunity and sustained a STEADY flow of consumers Downtown.
How many people go to proctors for a show and then venture downtown??? Not as many than those who leave the show, hurry back to their cars and hightail it out of the City. |

The city doesnt have enough density commercially to ever get foot traffic. Even if every vacant building is filled up with retail it still wouldnt be a draw. Too many county ran offices/buildings inbetween each retail location. We are just pretenders in Schenectady. |

proctors is nice, but acting/shows/entertainment are not solid foundations....they are 'extras' that affluents find/build/use and pat each other on the back with....the Colosseums of ancient were for ALL....at $40 and GREATER for tickets it's nothing more than a political/affluent playground....
I guess they need places for 'playdates' |

Of course no one is moving Downtown. Can't even market condos with the insane DEM clown posse ruining City Hall. Business closest to Proctor's like the former NE Jewelry and Cupcake place all close when the lease runs out. Proctor's Arcade used to be full of retail not phoney tourism bookcases. Fat Morris should be fully prosecuted for his double star exemption in Rotterdam. |

She was sent by McCheese to spy on the new landlord group. Finally the landlords are organizing and fighting these idiots. She couldn't even file State paperwork to keep her seeds and stems no show job. |

Marion Porterhouse is busying not answering the phone since her service has been disconnected. A perfect Council person since no one can call her. Finished next year than she can find a job in the private sector -lol. |
