BREAKING NEWS: Man Killed by Train Updated: Friday, November 30 2012, 04:58 AM EST
CBS6 has learned that a man in his 40s was hit and killed by a train overnight in Schenectady.
It happened around 2am near Weaver Street. Train service has been shut down by Canadian Pacific rail and will affect cargo shipments along hundreds of miles of track.
Police remain on scene--no word as to why the man was on the track at that hour.
