It is a FACT, and the EVIDENCE is from the school district as they specifically states in today's news that they have more openings in Pre-K BECAUSE families are moving OUT OF THE CITY.  



And that is also EVIDENCE that the mayor's home buying program is NOT attracting families to the city!!!!

Who wants to pay high taxes to the city AND to the school district which continues its policies of going against the wishes of the parents whenever possible.
The new superintendent is a wanna-be social worker who took the job under false pretenses, because educators make a lot more money than social workers, so he's just gonna do social work anyhow at a superintendent's salary, who cares that it isn't the job he was hired to do.

The city is crashing hard. You don't have to believe it if you don't want to. But it is a fact.
