THIS IS TOO MUCH !!!!!!!!!!!! This was listed for sale in 2010, MLS # 201022271, and the asking price was, get this $269,000 !!!!!!!!! It was purchased 8 years before for a mere $172,500, and the dems assessed it for $161,000 in the city's most recent reasssessment, what, 2008 or 2009, and as we all know (well, almost all of us) ALL the EVIDENCE proves home values have plummeted since that assessment and continue to do so. It may interest everyone to know that the official records record (we DO have THE EVIDENCE) that this house has only three (3) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms. So how is it that it now has four (4) bedrooms and three and one-half (3.5) baths and the city doesn't know that? Perhaps no building permits taken out? Anyone want to guess why it was removed from the "for sale" listings? Perhaps because NO ONE wants to live IN the city (not even the big cheerleader for downtown and the dems) Notice, this is a "for rent."
