According to the latest reports Fat Morris offered a $100,000 Proctor's CFO job to Allah on the street. For creating a $10 million City deficit she is promoted? Good to hear that Proctor's is doing so well
and now can restart repaying County taxpayers. This is disgusting. The FBI and Attorney General fraud unit need to come in and investigate Metrograft, City Hall and Proctor's. The okey doke continues.

The taxpayers have had enough of Fat Morris and his refusal to pay any PILOT. He is a history major with no theatre background who was run out of Jamestown on a rail. Alot like our County

there are a lot of folks making money off of proctors. Just ask any downtown business owner. They will tell you that their businesses are barely making it. The only time their is a spike is when proctors has a show. And every parking area that is usually 'free parking' is suddenly $5.00 to park when proctors has a show.

So again.......it is a false economy propped up by taxpayer's money!!

Didn't Allah okay McCheesy's original budget with the 4.7% increase? And didn't she okay LAST YEARS BUDGET which created a $5 MILLION DOLLAR DEFICIT?? Now she gets a job at Proctors for being a fiscal failure? Or is it that she can hide the illegal spending long enough so that no one realizes the funny math???
