Schenectady bank robbed
Updated 3:32 p.m., Tuesday, November 20, 2012
SCHENECTADY — A man robbed a First Niagara Bank on State Street Tuesday afternoon.
Police Lt. Mark McCracken said the man entered the 251 State St. bank at 12:52 p.m., handed the teller a note and took off with an undisclosed amount of cash. McCracken said no weapon was displayed.
The robber escaped on foot, and police are searching for him.
