So, what's McC doing with the taxpayers' money this Sunday?   Here's the info on houses on the taxpayer funded bus tour through the city.

Few notes:

The Ardsley Rd house has been for sale since June 1, 2011!   McC is NOT having any luck selling it because it's been on virtually every open house and yet look how many reductions in the asking price.   And McC REFUSES to reassess these the city, this proves he is NOT competent to be mayor.  The house is assessed for $185,000 but after 18 months no buyers at the dollar amount the city claims the house would sell for (assessed value), and it hasn't even sold at a price 20% below the the assessed value.  But remember how the INCOMPETENT mayor and INCOMEPENT assessor claim that home  values have only gone down 4%

The houses with the "X" are houses which the owners have alrady fled the city, the houses are shown empty

The taxes of the two with asterisk are very wrong.  They include all the old age and war combat exemptions which most people won't get, but again, using false information is what McC is doing, hide the truth

442 Arthur st
City claims value is $77,000, asking $114,900!
Woefully outdated.   Check out the 30+ year old refrigerator!  And the kitchen sink is probably the original.   Cabinets are terrible.   And that ceramic tile!   I  mean really, buy a house for $114,900 and spend $30,000 to redo the kitchen?   And really, look at the poor condition of that garage door!   Ad says “…maintained..”   Are they kidding?   ANY realtor would list that with “needs work” and “sold as is”

937 Francis Ave.   Taxes said to be $2,101 per realtor.   It’s quite obvious that the realtor lies just like his buddy DV because the taxes indicated include exemptions that a buyer will NOT get.

1077 Glenwood Blvd.    Ad is laughable.  The only photos are the outside of the house and pictures of the windows.

1702 Guilderland.   Taxes per the ad are not accurate because includes old age exemptions, again, realtors lie.  Then you have to wonder, when a realtor writes “wonderfully maintained,” but decades old wallpaper?  Decades old paneling in the living room?   And “updated kitchen and bath” but then does not provide photos of the kitchen, was it updated 30 years ago?  The bath has 1970’s paneling!   Big money to update.

1100 Palmer Ave.  McC  and his cronies at Key Bank are sneaks, this house is NOT in Schenectady, it’s Nisky!   But he wants to take the credit for it.   Didn’t McC review the ad in the paper before approving it?

Great work keeping track of the McCheese lies and how the press eagerly prints his pressers. The DEM machine is reeling from the Vince Riggi fallout. For once
people saw the corrupt DEM machine in inaction. They likey behind closed doors-no? Schenectady is Camden, NJ North. The sooner the Governor comes in and appoints
a State Control Board-the better. McCheese has also lost the public employees who believed his lies about pay increases instead got layoffs.

It will be interesting if the tour actually does go to the house on Eastholm Rd.   There was a fire on Eastholm this morning--specific address unknown.

But imagine being a prospective buyer.  If they have a brain, they should ask the mayor "why are there so many houses on this street for sale?" (there are five).    And also, "mayor, why have the people left the houses before they sold as shown by the houses being vacant?"   And how about "mayor, why are houses taking a year or more to sell in Schenectady?"   Or how about this one, "mayor, you claim this house is worth $150,000, since the asking price has been reduced 5 times and is now at $100,000 and no willing buyers, tell me, if I buy it and grieve it's assessment, will you/the asessor/the board still deny a grievance saying insufficient data?"

It was across the street, maybe the mayor was desperate for buyers to see city employees actually working
