TROY – A city police officer, on leave while his wife undergoes cancer treatments, is collecting essential items for the victims of Hurricane Sandy. Anthony Buttofucco made a Facebook post on Sunday asking for donations of bottled water, canned goods, diapers, gas cans, and other essentials.
