Non Profits certainly do "make money". How else do they pay expenses. An ideal 'non profit' would make it's entire budget, and not rely on taxpayers or donations.

Proctors MAKES MILLIONS off the taxpayers and Metroplex for gold ceilings, new stages, etc..etc and there ticket sales are not taxed (unless you buy them on-line from a third party). The non-profit proctors is making it big as a government funded entity.
What happened to last years $5 million dollars Proctors brought into the City with Wicked??? Never saw how that ever broke down?
Can't bring in an orignal show? Get a new CEO that knows how to run a theater, not just knows how to suck the taxpayers dry.
Non profits don't make a profit but they aren't supposed to suck the life out of the city that they are located in either by taking millions of dollars from the taxpayers.
Proctors with Wicked will probably sell out several shows. Isn't that a good thing???
