Riggi failed here.  He had the ability to help get Rich elected.  

The positive in all this is that the Democrats own the city now..........they will have no excuses when the city goes upsidedown.

County tightens the grip on the city.
The school district will turn up the heat.
The city employee unions will make a squeeze.  

If Polster makes it through this then he should be Mayor.

You can't blame Riggi. It is the mind-number 70% of the voters who live in rentals and are on assistance of one kind or another who come out and vote the straight Welfare Party line (row A) from top to bottom. Plus, the 90% rule is that the worst and dumbest candidate wins when you have dumbed down losers for voters.

The welfarites dont care about taxes, or blight or despair because they ARE taxes, blight and despair!
