people are welfare are not the perps.....my take???.....drug dealers don't need a handout......the only thing they have a hand on is guns/drugs/dealing/
understand this.....man on Congress st....recently arrested for drugs and guns.....40K in his possession....needs welfare???....
think again....believe it's the baby's mamas' that need the welfare.....they don;t take care of their own.....
