Anyone see the meeting?  

Woman spoke eloquently citing the law about water main charges, property owner is financially responsible ONLY for the pipe from one's own house out to the main main.   She had leaking from a main that does not service her house but something that had to do with some other properties, but she got charged by the city for $1400, and the city told her it's her problem, even though the pipes don't serve her house.

Riggi helped her, none of the other council people helped her.

The city can't even figure out who to bill.  Where are their brains?

yup watched the whole meeting, that woman was well spoken and I hope it's resolved ASAP.

And loved what Riggi said about the increased fee for death certificates, something to the effect that we pay enough when we are alive, shouldn''t have to when we are dead .
