Most of the houses don't even look like they are from Schdy , more like Florida . and the first picture has a section of palm tree in the picture. This company probably never even stepped foot in the city. What a scam. |

It's basically a scam.
Remember how the city, county, and metroplex bought that old Hotel Foster building, and paid the owners a whopping quarter of a million dollars of taxpayer money for it. Remember how the pair - Craig Alsdorf and Dennis Todd -- who owned are persistent tax delinquents, and owed some $30,000 in back taxes on that Foster hotel building, and remember how the city dems decided to have the homeowners in the city pay those back taxes on behalf of these scoundrels. Remember any of that?
Well, that pair is well known for having signs all over the place "We buy houses for cash."
The company in the video is not them, but same idea. People who would sell their house to this company your house for about $500 would deserve what they get.

You know the old saying, "if it seems too good to be true, it is."
That's similar to when you look at houses for sale in the capital district and then you see these houses so low in price, and of course they are houses in Schenectady, and you think "wow, low price compared to everywhere else, that seems too good to be true." (The EVIDENCE has proven that even Ronny know the truth in that saying when it comes to buying a house in Schenectady city)
