Here goes  as you know my neighbors house taken for taxes, even though he worked every day very nice guy he lost
it and then he passed away recently. Anyways saw that  a woman on my street bought it. The other day the city
padlocked the house.
Now today SNAP is out there doing the lawns etc and I went out and said "do you know the city dosen't own this
property?"  And the workers said the city foreclosed on it.

I know when it was for sale buyer had to pay back taxes and a little more, to me this shows the transaction went
through but yet the city has taken possession ???!!!
