I randomly chose a link which happened to be properties. There is 409 State Street with these so called lavish apartments that no one is renting. It is owned by "Albany Ventures."
Can anyone guess what the address is of Albany Ventures?
The property is owned of course by one of Galesi's imaginary friends. The place is assessed for close to $1.3 million dollars. 100% tax exempt. Now can any dem cheerleaders explain WHY a FOR-PROFIT apartment complex is exempt from property taxes?
Could it be they are exempt becuase NO ONE wants to live IN the city???
