The dem leaders in the city are unreal. There is money for downtown (which does NOT pay taxes), but there is no money to provide CRITICALLY NECESSARY services to the TAXPAYERS in the neighborhoods
As I said, more EVIDENCE of failed city leadership, policies, and practices, and NO ONE can say ANYTHING (with proof) to contradict that!
