You watch her on that council meeting, Some things are right, like she referenced the police having all the cars, but she asks what cars are out at 2:00 in the morning that they, the police have to have those "sigh-reens" going.
It was funny, she said that people get fired after Christmas. No, they do not get fired, rather a seasonal job comes to an end, it's a fact any employee in a seasonal job know prior to accepting the job

Denise Brucker was a little quick with the "3 minute" thing though, because you watch the time and it was within seconds and Brucker was complaining.
But you hear/see some applause when she said she would run.
Can you imagine her campaign literature, her education, oh wait, what? Her career, oh what?
