Sure you did...You threatened to forward this thread and have the Admin give the IP address to the "authorities".  And you threatened to contact the "authorities" because a person on an internet forum was writting about his experience in Schenectady and didn't call SPCA.

I agree Patches, it is a RIGHT. Unfortunately Ididntdoit was threatening to alert the "authorities" for not choosing to exercise that RIGHT.  Ididntdoit actually thinks it is a crime NOT to turn in your neighbor and that Ira should be prosecuted for not reporting a stray animal.

I guess the question to you is, would you call the police and turn in a person that is possibly abusing their dog if you thought the dog owner was a violent person and may retaliate against you?  Do you think you should be compelled by threats of legal action to take that risk?

You are all worried about dog?  CAll the damn police and be done with it.  However, the real question is why the City will do nothing to help the business owners and residents on Crane Street.  Crane is a violent area that is killing the businesses that continue to try to thrive there.  Where is the City?  Where is your concern for those who are trying to continue their business in Mt. Pleasant without accepting money from Metroplex.  Right let's worry about the dog.  Ira if Crane Street is such a shock to you, you should stay in your own safe area

The question is...........why would smart business folks even stay on crane street??? I  mean come on....the area has been in decline for at least a decade. I'm sorry if you don't think a forum member forwarding the thread to the "authorities" is a more egregious act.  Help me understand how the threats of turning over an IP address to "authorities"  was taken out of context.  You are the bully police, yet threatening somebody with the police isn't bullying.

1. If someone posts something here, and no one reports it, aren't all readers guilty of this?

2. What makes anyone's posts here anything other than button pushing trolls?

3. If someone posts an actual crime/offense, then, anyone with any resources should check it out further.
