JJT Empire, a global consulting firm, said it will establish an office at 411 State St. in downtown Schenectady.
The company has signed a lease with the Galesi Group, owner of 411 State to occupy the top floor of the three-story building.
Last month, JJT Empire formed a strategic alliance with Migrate, a business services firm based in Amman, Jordan, that provides support to companies interested in expanding markets in the Middle East and North Africa.
JJT Empire intends to operate a business center out its State Street space where growing companies will have access to shared office space, Migrate’s network and investment partners.

I think it's great how box supports the tax exemptions, grants and loans the 1%er's get on the backs of the 99%er's. Consistency isn't his strong point.
The devil is in the details, if JJT Empire is going to pay taxes then it's a good deal, if the taxpayers are going to pay their taxes thru Metroplex then it isn't a good deal. Too many businesses move to Schenectady for the big tax breaks only to leave when the free ride is over.

I DEFY you to explain how this REDUCTION in the tax based of a WHOPPING $2.7 MILLION is a good thing for the city.
I DEFY you to explain how the continuing REDUCTION of the tax base, the continuing REDUCTION of home values, the continuting INCREASE in taxes on the HOMEOWNERS is a good thing in the city?

The tax base in the city goes even lower while the taxes go up while 100 more homeowners move out, and 600 taxpaying homeowners have no money to pay the taxes so the city taxes over and the tax base goes down even more and the city becomes a landlord and more property will look like crap.
