after watching the last TB meeting.....a suggestion to have the sound system upgraded so that anyone speaking can be fully heard and

understood........secondly...the podium speakers are either too loud, too low an  inaudible tone or too close to the mic....

.thirdly......the speech by the TC is a waste of time ...why???....shorten the speech to what it really means...people lose track of the meaning

with so many words....

.some people just want to speak from the audience and ask questions.....especially at public hearings.....remind at each public hearing

that All speakers must sign in and come to the podium for questions and answers......

Whenever there is a large number of residents there for whatever the public hearing...this is what happens...

maybe before the meeting begins the TC can touch on the subject.....it might be more orderly....

Schenectady City Council Mtg....The perfect example is the clarity in the sound system and how  orderly  the residents are when speaking

and make sure that everyone gives their name...eg., Mr. Mastroianni.....he meant well....and should have received an introduction much

sooner than what happened......by the Supervisor.....

BUT THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THE SOUND.....    it's muffled....inaudible.....and  definitely a lot of information is lost.....

The sound system is a reflection of Rotterdam as a whole or hole

Nobody cares.

You could ask the entire voting population in this town to enter a building, tell them to take off a their cloths and
enjoy the shower

And they would follow without question, as long as there are signs
