Guess as McC sees what a huge tax BILL increase the city homeowner are going to be faced with, he realized he couldn't pay for one of those Sunday ads in connection with the "grand tours" of the open houses. Today is the open house and no ad in today's paper (nor yesterday's nor the day before, etc)

BRAVO! Empty suit is right. A total fiscal incompetent who never signed the front of a paycheck. Ditto every single DEM on the idiot Council. Riggi ran a small business. No one else. They are incapable of solving anything from pitbulls to pensions scandals. Bring on the State Control Board!
