271 and 277 State St, owned by John Matarazzo, it's the old State Theater building with the Grogg Shop and west to the Photo Lab property.

271 is assessed for $359,000, 277 is assessed for $544,300.    The guy bought the properties in 1977 and 1978.   Metroplex and the dems are making Matarazzo subsidize the the cost of properties of the politically connected and the millionaires downtown.

CLEARLY since a judge (with real estate knowledge) is ordering a reduction in assessment, it is MORE proof that the wild uncontrolled spending by the dems and plex is NOT helping the city in the least.
