Isn't the catholic school that is being discussed in the original post a PRIVATE school?

Yes a private school in a Muslim Country. Indonesia is the largest Muslim country in the world.
Our Constitution insures that the USA is not a Muslim Country or a Christian Country or any religion.

The modern conservative is engaged in one of man's oldest exercises in moral
philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.

There you have it! Cicero would have ALL taxpayers fund a "private room" for the use of his Muslim
friends who wanted to pray.
Of course his "accommodations" would include a  Minaret atop the school
also funded by the taxpayers.

Yup, just like the other clubs offered in school.  I know some public schools have clubs for gay and lesbian students.  I haven't heard of schools flying the rainbow flag because of it.

I think box is a little bit of a religiphobe.  Box can't handle kids with common religious beliefs expessing them in his state church.  How intolerant.

BTW. Where is the separation of church and state policy?  Why does Harry Reid's Senate allow prayer in the state house?

I'm ok with a minaret.  I'm ok with blowing a Shofar on Rosh Hashanah.  I'm ok with "ashes" being given out at school in a private area for children who would not have the ability to get to church on Ash Wednesday.  Government is not forcing the church into offering contraception.
