they have a guy from Prudential and Trustco, asked how long it might take to sell my home on Hamilton Hill, the guy
from Prudential said 18 months to 2 years depending on condition and what street, so I'm fuc*ed.

Might be better off stop paying my taxes for three years, have the city take it over and pay them rent, that way
I can get free insurance, free home repairs and have my sidewalk shoveled lol .

Still listening to the show, the guy from prudential said he has a personal commitement from the mayor that if people
are concerned about crime and the schools he will have someone from the police dept and school talk to them and
if they are still unsure the mayor will give them an appt to talk to him. LOL LOL LOL

Better yet, ask Morris if you can be a non-profit for Proctors fundraising and the Plex will give you new sidewalks, new lighting, free plowing and water and the power is generated for free!!!!

ALBANY, N.Y. — An Obama administration official will be in upstate New York to join the mayors of three Albany-area cities at a roundtable discussion on helping distressed homeowners.

U.S. Housing and Urban Development Deputy Secretary Maurice Jones will meet Albany Mayor Jerry Jennings, Schenectady Mayor Gary McCarthy and Troy Mayor Lou Rosamilia at Monday's gathering at The College of Saint Rose.

They'll be joined by local housing counselors, real estate brokers, lenders and housing advocates for discussions on how homeowners can remain in their homes and how to stem the adverse impact that foreclosed homes have on property values and neighborhoods.
