When I was young-3rd, 4th grade- my mom worked for the county, but we lived in Saratoga. She used to bring home mailers and I would help her write out all the addresses. I had such a hard time writing Schenectady and I know fir a fact that it was wrong on dozens of them over the years. We moved her when I was in middle school-and as soon as we did she stopped working for the county. (Yay, no real point to this story-Just a sudden vivid memory) |
