How many decades has Proctors been downtown.   And they have the arcade which you could go into at night, I think there is access to that Parker Inn in there, the restaurant.

We happened to be coming back from Scotia, drove through State St and there are bars covering the entrance to the arcade and this was about 9 pm, I mean flush with the front of the building, people could not even look at the posters that are kind of sideways before the sets of doors!  

Unbelievable.

All these decades downtowon, and now with the hundreds of millions of taxpayer money wasted on downtown which has caused the tax base n thecity to be drastically reduced, home values plummeting, people can't sell their houses, Proctors get's millions of tax dollars, gets a golden calf on the ceiling, refuses to pay taxes, pays fat Morris a salary much too fat for the taxpayer to afforrd, Morris illegally gets the STAR exemption, and in return for all that, downtown is so dangerous that Proctors has to put bars in front of the doors to keep the taxpayers out.
