Jan 1 2007 property values peaked and have been falling each year since then.

Despite all the properties and taxes being revalued up by the government at the same time.

Take a trip to elmira sometimes and tell me where we are headed. There is plenty of stairs to fall down at this stage before we hit the bottom. The bottom is not even close.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

Must be careful when using zillow or similar sites.  They go by zip code and for example, sales in Albany co are counted as Schenectady Zip code 12303,

So basically what this site says means the values are going down even more, because in surrounding counties they are increasing.

Better look at Greater cap distrcit realtors

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
