Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.  
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

Need one change, minor change.

The spaces that say "Metroplex tax for..."   How about City & Metroplex tax for...."

I'm hoping to sell in the spring.

Then escape from NY.

I will likely get my assessed value for my home.

I will be selling with 100% owner financing and no money down.

My mortgage has been paid for over 20 years.
