COLONIE -- A Schenectady man doused himself in gasoline and lit himself on fire in front of police Sunday, sending officers scrambling with fire extinguishers in hand to save his life, police said.

The dramatic and potentially deadly scene unfolded just after midnight in the parking lot of Taft Furniture, police said. Officers were called to 1960 Central Ave. store by a relative of the man who said the man had just drenched himself in gasoline and was threatening to hurt himself, police said.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

In parts of the world, "self-immolation" is an extreme form of protest.  It has happened here in the USA too, but
under different circumstances...
When it happens here,  it's usually a Conservative cigar smokin... 120 proof drinkin right winger who tries to do
both at the same time...

The modern conservative is engaged in one of man's oldest exercises in moral
philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.
