by McC and his puppet cronies?

It's been over a month since the last open house tour.

Maybe they read the EVIDENCE that since they started that program, the numbers of homes in the city has actually fallen, this year compared to last year BEFORE the stupid Key to the City program.

Of course they were NOT effective.

The EVIDENCE, which I previously provided using actual REAL numbers from Greater Cap Dist Realtors, showed a reduction in the number of houses sold in Schenectady during the first 7 months of this year as compared to the first 7 months of 2011.

A couple council meetings ago, two people spoke at that POF that were obviously involved with the program, the woman was babbling that it's so successful and gave some paper to the council members.

However, NO ONE, not the mayor, not the council, not anyone in the city administration, not the bank, not the school district, not these two people (who spoke at council meeting), NO ONE, has provided ANY details for the taxpayers on the results of this program.

Seeing as the this is a taxpayer subsidized program, the homeowners IN THE CITY have an entitlement to have the following details reported to them:

How many houses have been part of this Key program
How many houses sold
How long it took for houses to sell
Location of the houses that are part of the program
How much the asking price was
How much the sale price was
How much the city's claimed value is
How much the tax bill is
Who are the purchasers?
Were the purchasers EXISTING city homeowners who were downsizing or buying something bitter?
Were the purchasers EXISTING city residents (renters) who were buying?
Were the purchasers people who lived outside of the city but within the county
Were the purchasers people who lived outside of Schdy county
What kind of income did the purchasers have?
Did the purchasers have a normal down payment?
Did the purchasers have credit issues, i.e., was this a desparate attempt to get anyone into buying a house and use handouts to pay for the down payments, etc?

Just a few questions that the mayor and council have a duty, an obligation, to report to the taxpayers of the city.

It's the insane taxes-stupid! Now sales mania has hit the former oasis of the GE Realty Plot. For sale signs all
over including the 10 bedroom mansion on Nott Street by Ellis and the house next door on Wendell. Everyone
realizes that the current Mayor is clueless and the Comptroller was right. Look for more to throw in the towel and
escape before State Control Board. No one wants to pay for 37 years of DEM over spending and pension padding.

I actually mis-spoke yesterday, starting this thread.   I really hadn't looked through the whole Gazette yesterday.  Usually on either the Friday before a Sunday "McC bus tour of the city" or on the Sunday, the list of houses on the tour is prominently featured in the paper.  And along about the 3rd Sunday in August I was thinking it was time for another taxpayer subsidized bus tour.   Didn't see anything.  The following weekend came, nothing.   Right up through this past weekend, nothing.

But as I looked at that paper, there it was.   A big FULL PAGE ad, obviously paid for with taxpayer money, with some lavish event to entice buyers, I can't remember if it's this coming or the one after.

But again, NO DETAILED REPORT HAS EVER been provided for the taxpayers who are paying for this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything the dems do is kept a big secret.

Ah, DV is posing as one of his mommies and actually responding, but he doesn't have the guts to respond as DV.  But then, regardless of what relative or imaginery friend is posts ask, look, all he can do is spew nonsense babble.   He CANNOT and he REFUSES to post here and citing facts, providing evidence, and speak with the intelligence that we "nayboobs" have.

I'll explain it in terms even a mental midget such as yourself can understand.

Go (leave where you are right now)  Fuck (have sexual intercourse) Yourself do you get the meaning now a**hole.ar

I'm sure you're familiar with it now, as I'm convinced it's what drives your nayboob mind. Good day.

Wow, as a professed Christian (or Cathoilc) - I'm shocked such words would come out of your 80+ something mouth, or keyboard.  People in my/our generation don't need to resort to such nastiness.  I hope it's not hereditary, or if it is, you weren't allowed to procreate.  Life is too short to be a b**ch, especially at your age.
