Henry... are you Pro bullets, needles, condoms, drug bags, beer cans and cigarettes... in the park... or are you against them in the park? Since we can't keep any of them out of the park... it sounds as if you FAVOR them there.
It doesn't matter if I'm for or against it, I'm just telling you banning something doesn't stop it, the best we can hope for is that those who do smoke, drink, etc have enough sense not to do it in front of kids. Laws don't stop crimes, if they did we would'nt have drunk drivers or murders.
