A random shooting of an innocent couple out for a stroll by a crazed Schenectady madman ON AUGUST 3 and we finally hear about it. I guess they couldn't keep it covered up forever.

A man is accused of approaching a husband and wife walking on Backus Street earlier this month, pulling out a .25-caliber semiautomatic handgun and shooting the husband three times in the leg. ...
