Montgomery county is in the final stages of bringing before the county voters a request to switch from a board of supervisors to a county legislature  -

all they have to do is look at Schenectady County to see how well that works

the Towns have no clue what the county is doing or the county is clueless to the towns  - just look at all the rotterdam junction flood mess

at least with a board of Board of Supervisors the town and the city have a direct voice on the county process

the county management likes this because they can just do what ever in the future

Montgomery County  - just say no to county Legislature or watch your taxes fly out the door just like thay do here
