It's the exact same SCHENECTADY NY data that I posted before that you seems to have you in such a snit.
(My guess... a "snit" is your normal state)
Go to the posted link... Look at the data displayed there.  Their data is what you are obsessing over,
not mine.  
If you don't like what you read... don't read it.
  If you disagree with Trulia Schenectady Real Estate Overview, that's your problem, not mine.  
If you think that these real estate numbers are incorrect... then write Trulia a letter of complaint.  I'm sure
they will appreciate your correction.

But... if you want to keep this obsessing thing going... if ranting and raving about data on a real estate
site is what you like to do... then please continue.

But what kind of research did you do when you presented the copy/paste thing?    Did you bother to identify what the definition of Schenectady was on that website?   I trust you DO know that the copy/paste job you did includes sales OUTSIDE the city (including Guilderland in Albany Co).   So you were presenting evidence on oranges when I was asking about apples.  

All you need to do Box, is to admit you actually failed to produce evidence that home values were up in the city, because you failed to find out what comprised that median value that you presented.

I stated that home values in the CITY were going down and I challenged anyone to produce evidence to contradict that.   You tried to contradict my evidence by using sales outside of the city, and especially when you include Guilderland (Guilderland alone had an increase of 10% in sales prices for the first 6 months of this year compared to the same period last year).

So again, I can state the facts - home values in Schenectady (CITY--as indicated by the reference to the mayor) are decreasing, are plummeting big time, far more than the mayor claims (his announced 4% reduction in values).   No one can produce evidence to contradict my statement that home values in the city are plummeting.




Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.  
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

2. Why do you assume that I posted to "contract" what you said. I posted something on the subject.  That's
all.  It wasn't "EVIDENCE"... it was on the issue. Take from it what you want.

All that is needed is to do the research before the copy/paste posting.  That's just like DV - he copied and pasted from election propaganda when he said that county taxes were the lowest in 50 years, but he did no research whatsoever so his (copy/past) statement was wrong and to this day he has not been able to prove that the county taxes are lower, he cannot provide one shred of proof using the numbers.

You don't have a clue that these websites have no clue that the 12303 zip code is in Albany Co as well as Schenectady Co outside of the city.   You have no clue that these websites have no clue that the 12309 zip code includes areas OUTSIDE of the CITY.   Ditto 12306.

Now can you provide information on home values IN THE CITY OF SCHENECTADY??

Now throwing a hissy fit nor tantrum, just expecting that when you post information that you know what you are posting, and I trust you will admit that you included sales from the high priced Guilderland in Albany Co in order to make it seem like prices are up in Schenectady when clearly they are down, WAY DOWN.

sites that I linked... you should take it up with them.  Every one makes mistakes and possibly, they

Why do you refuse to admit those "increased values" include homes in Albany?


Do you have any stats on the CITY of Schenectady that proves the values are up?
