Noticed that tomorrow at the Town Board Meeting there is a vote to send a proposed rezone to the planning comission for 2052, 2064 & 2068 Curry Rd. Any information on what it may be? These are the properties adjacent to the MS & HS entrance off of Curry.
These are all on the north side of the Mohonasen complex. Sahr's is listed as the addressee for 2068. Also notice in the agenda how they're going to dream up another $10,000 in income to put walkways in at the Great Flats Nature Trails. Where are those monies coming from, Mr. Parks and Recreation?

2068 is Sahr's poultry farm

But the Sahr's location is not residential, correct? Wouldn't that currently be out of code? If so, what is being done to address that situation, besides review to change it with their request? Has the town Code Enforcer been notified of this? As an official of the town, would it not be your duty to bring this to attention?

How about a roughly two year project to demo the house and the current Sahr's and build a new building; and construction of building(s) for apartments, retail, commercial possibly with a drive-thru.
