He prefers tax money be spent on downtown Schenectady, tax exemptions for millionaires who own their properties downtown, all kinds of attention to downtown, but the neighborhoods where those "precious resources" live, well, those neighborhoods are spiraling downward. In fact, this dem says Schenectady is much better since taxpayers have been losing their homes trying to pay for downtown, but yet children, YES CHILDREN, have been MURDERED on the city playgrounds.
