Oh, by the way everyone, the houses on this bus tour that are shown in green shading, well, those have been on the previous bus tours.

So how come houses appear on the tour repeatedly?????    DV Can you answer that?   DV, YOU claim the city is in a renaissance so tell us why houses won't sell.   I could understand if a house was in Hamilton hill, or MP and  not selling. but tell us DV, a house in one of the finest areas of the city, and a nice hose at that, the one on Ardsley, tell us DV, if there is a renaissance, then why hasn't that house sold after a year?????    Why have so many houses failed to sell after a year on the market????   You don't want to carry on an intelligent and rational discussion about that, huh?   Just like you refuse to move INTO the city, right?

Look, look at this.   DV has been on these boards this morning, posting elsewhere, but HE REFUSES to respond why houses are not selling and REFUSES to tell us why he won't buy a house IN the city.

Liars can't answer questions.

So, today is another one of those taxpayer paid bus tours of houses for sale that they are starting in Central Park.

The weather right now, as the "grand" press conference is taking place, is reflective of what it will be like for those who would buy a house in the city, how their quality of life will be, how their financial situation will be, etc.   -- GRAY AND DISMAL!!!

And DV STILL keeps saying the city is in a renaissance but REFUSES to comment about why no one will buy a house IN the city, why houses are plummeting in value, why taxes are almost the highest in the country, and most of all WHY he REFUSES to move into the city (buy OR rent)
