So how come houses appear on the tour repeatedly?????    DV Can you answer that?   DV, YOU claim the city is in a renaissance so tell us why houses won't sell.   I could understand if a house was in Hamilton hill, or MP and  not selling. but tell us DV, a house in one of the finest areas of the city, and a nice hose at that, the one on Ardsley, tell us DV, if there is a renaissance, then why hasn't that house sold after a year?????    Why have so many houses failed to sell after a year on the market????   You don't want to carry on an intelligent and rational discussion about that, huh?   Just like you refuse to move INTO the city, right?
