Good idea and the government can give us back our share of the tax money so we can hire a private company who will clear the roads faster, put up the lines quicker, and do a better job.

THE STATES SHOULD BE BETTER EQUIPPED....it's like the insidious "don't worry, we'll take care of you." "don't worry, you
don't have to defend yourself there are hate-crime laws and terrorism laws and drugs to make you happy."

I don't disagree with SOME fed help...but folks we're balancing on the edge of our survival in us and survival based upon who
says it's OK for you to survive.....don't hand it over....YOU WILL NEVER GET IT BACK....our instincts exist alone, but when placed
into the hands of the 1% (even with good intentions) it becomes a lose lose for generations to come.....
