good job

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

Authorities have the power to give property tax, sales tax school tax and fire/water tax exemptions at their own discretion.

They run up enormous public debt.

They cost Schenectady millions to operate.

More than the deficit.

All these costs raise your tax bill.

Pinhead Susans and a $3 cookie store. For a mere 100's of thousands of your dollars.

The metroplex and the IDA are now in bed with the Galesi Group.

They get property from the city and towns at bargain prices, and donate them to megacorps to use our public resources to make millions.

Figuring out you have a problem is the first step in the process of fixing it, congrats. And I think you meant to say "millions" instead of "thousands" because the County, State, City and Metroplex have shoveled in over 100 million (of OUR $$$) into that square 1/8 mile. How much debt do we have now from it? So the long lasting effects of this bankrupting of our future is only just begun.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

Make sure you tell your friends and family members.  It's been going on for over a decade now.  It's a disaster.

It was created by a Republican controlled county leg and has been accelerated by the Democrat controlled county leg.  It's a slush fund for Democrats and Republicans alike.  It helps keep their big campaign donors pockets lined.

Things would be no different today if it were the reps running the show!! GOV ALMIGHTY has GOT to stay out of the private sector ....no matter what political party is involved. The METROPLEX/GILLEN has GOT to be abolished!!!

ALL and I do mean ALL of these tax exempt businesses have GOT to start paying their fair share of taxes!!! It would be intersting to see how loyal these businesses are then.....yes?
