Now how about demolishing all of downtown and then some, NASCAR can build a track there without any taxpayer money, they could run a few races there and they'd probably provide so much money for the city, and county, that taxes could be more than cut in half! Schenectady city would be the most sought after city to buy a house and that would cause the property values to mmore than double perhaps in as little as 6 months!
