Neither is the part of Canada she goes to. We're not talking Vancouver, Montreal, or Toronto here. Alaska is bordered by the Yukon. So there is better health care in THE YUKON, than there is in Alaska.

Once they moved to Eagle river and then Wasillia... I seriously doubt they would travel the over 300 miles (as the crow flies) for routine medical care
