I live in MP...not sure it's as bad as the Hill yet, at least not as a whole, but the Crane St area is just plain scarey. I walked my kids to the library once a year or two ago-never again!

They seem to know an awful lot-height,weight-about someone who was sitting inside a vehicle.

Cops seek shooter
in neighbor flap

    SCHENECTADY — Police say gunfire in Mont Pleasant on Wednesday stemmed from a neighbor dispute.
    Around 5:30 p.m., three or four shots were fired at 1035-1037 Glendale Place from a white sport utility vehicle, believed to be a late model Chevy Tahoe or Suburban, police said.
    Police spokesman Lt. Mark Mc-Cracken said he doesn’t know the specifics of the dispute. “It was an argument between a couple of neighbors and they pulled out a gun,” he said.
    The vehicle was driven by a black man with a goatee and shaved head, about 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighing 200 pounds. There was a woman in the passenger seat, according to police radio transmissions. A silver revolver was believed to have been used in the shooting.
    No one was injured and no arrests have been made.
