How many homeowners put their houses up for sale for one reason or another (job transfer, empty nesters, retirees wanting to go elsewhere in the US, elderly needing to go into assisted living type apartments), and put their homes up for sale and two years later there houses have NOT SOLD even after the asking prices have been reduced to half of the assessed value. How many DV????? Huh???????

Schenectady a former fine blue collar City has become a laughing stock under these DEM implosion squad morons. The whole County is being lumped in because of "working together" tax and borrow policies. Instead of building up the towns with new industrial sites Metrograft keeps flushing in the City. Cross Erie onto lower State St after $100 MILLION in Metrograft spending. A neutron bomb site with not one open store for blocks. Moving the DSIC over there did nothing. Businesses can't get out of this tax crazed County soon enough.
